Chanko nabe is seasoned with soy sauce, miso, and recently salt, but there is no specific seasoning.There are no particular ingredients that must be included, but commonly included are meatballs, Chinese cabbage, and udon noodles.Depending on the main ingredient, each dish is called Tori-chanko or Miso-chanko.
